New Building Construction Project Details

 Details of the progress in new building construction will be displayed here in a nutshell.

Our Aarathy Charitable Trust has purchased 7,020 sq.ft of land on its name in Kanchivakkam near Padappi, outskirt of Chennai. To make an end to the building rental and related financial sufferings we proposed to construct our own home in that approved plots. The total cost of the land was Rs.40,79,052/- and obtained Patta, after the name transfer process, on Trust's name.

Developed a model plan with Ms.Jamunarani, Salem and several civil experts are being contacted for the further developmnt of the project.

Apart from the cost of land purchase, we have estimated to raise fund at least 75 lakhs to complete ground floor in this mission. The proposed new building would accommodate 100 members in total. These building plans are being prepared as per the norms for the government's approval process.

Without public support this mission will become impossible. Generous donors please come forward and help us to make this project successful.
